Important Information About Preloved Selling (required)
Our Preloved Area is intended for genuine individual/family sales of personal wedding items. To help keep the event fair and balanced for all exhibitors and attendees, business-style selling is not permitted within the Preloved section. Please note: Large quantities of similar items may not be permitted. Multiple rails/tables of stock that appear commercial or business-led may be refused, unless agreed with the team beforehand. The Big Southwest Wedding Fair reserves the right during setup or throughout the event to ask for certain items to be removed, or to refuse a stall/display entirely, if we feel it does not fit the spirit of a genuine preloved sale.
